We do not own or control these third-party services and therefore cannot guarantee their performance beyond our professional obligation to coordinate and facilitate.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information required for bookings, documentation, and applications. Travel2Reaali shall not be held liable for errors, delays, losses, or rejections arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

Users are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel requirements, including passport validity, visas, health documentation, and destination-specific regulations. While Travel2Reaali may provide guidance and assistance, the ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the traveler.

4. Bookings and Confirmations

All bookings made through Travel2Reaali are subject to confirmation by the relevant service providers. A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received and official confirmation has been issued. Prices, availability, and conditions may change until confirmation is finalized.

Travel2Reaali reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud, non-compliance with requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, applicable refunds or charges will be handled in accordance with provider policies and these Terms.

5. Payments

All payments must be made in full and within the specified timelines to secure bookings and services. Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the booking process. Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation without notice.

7. Visa and Documentation Assistance

Visa application assistance provided by Travel2Reaali is advisory and administrative in nature. We do not guarantee visa approvals, as final decisions are made solely by embassies or consulates. Submission of an application does not imply approval.

Travel2Reaali shall not be liable for visa rejections, delays, or losses resulting from embassy decisions, policy changes, or circumstances beyond our control. Fees paid for visa assistance are non-refundable once processing has begun.

8. Travel Disruptions and Force Majeure

Travel2Reaali shall not be held responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, airline schedule changes, or government restrictions.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist clients with alternatives or recovery options; however, additional costs incurred shall be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise covered by provider policies or travel insurance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel2Reaali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, medical emergencies, cancellations, and losses.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Travel2Reaali website and platforms, including text, logos, graphics, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Travel2Reaali and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Travel2Reaali is committed to protecting client privacy and personal data. Information collected is used solely for service delivery, communication, and legal compliance. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Termination does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations or accrued liabilities.
