Hotel Cancellation

Cancellations or changes (with respect to the travel date, destination, place where the trip starts, property or means of transport) to a booking can be made by contacting us. You do not have an automatic right to cancel or change a booking unless allowed by us.

If you make a booking and you do not cancel or change your booking before the relevant cancellation policy period, you may be subject to the cancellation or change charges.

if you make a Pay Later booking and you do not show up or cancel the booking, the property may impose a no-show or cancellation charge there might be some bookings that have a no refund policy. We will make you aware of such bookings before you book it, and if a No show occurs, you agree to pay any charges that you incur.

If at any time there is a refund due to you for early cancellation, refund would be processed within 3 to 14 business days depending on your financial institution.

 

CHANGES

  • Changes to tickets may be possible following ticket  If changes are allowed, all changes must be completed in advance of the original date of departure.
  • If changes are allowed and applied,  Travel2reaali will charge a change processing fee of R1500.00/person . This fee is in addition to the applicable Airline Change Penalty and any difference in fare.
  • For consideration, all change requests must be initiated at least two (2) days before the scheduled departure date.
  • To request a change use the Travel2reaali online change request form. Following a review, an email will be sent providing a quote for the cost of the change or denying the request if the fare rules do not allow changes.

REFUNDS

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

Airline Penalties

  • Travel2reaali has no control over airline penalties associated with changes which can be as much as R5000 per ticket .
  • When applicable, if more than one set of fare rules are associated with the ticket being changed, the most restrictive rules will apply to the entire ticket .
  • In cases where changes are allowed and the total fare of the new ticket is more than the total fare of the original ticket , Travel2reaali must collect the additional difference when issuing the new ticket .
  • In cases where total fare of the new ticket is less than the total fare of the original ticket, Travel2reaali must refund the difference back in the method purchase was made.
